No. Each player is permitted to hold only one active 5mbw account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. 5mbw does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge an interbank transfer fee for InstaPay or PESONet transactions. We recommend checking with your payment provider before depositing. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are outside 5mbw's control and cannot be refunded.

If your deposit hasn't reflected after 30 minutes (e-wallet) or 2 hours (bank transfer), please take the following steps:
  • Check your payment provider's transaction history to confirm the payment was sent successfully.
  • Take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation or receipt.
  • Contact 5mbw support at [email protected] with your account username, the deposit amount, payment method, and the transaction screenshot.

Withdrawals

To withdraw from your 5mbw account, log in and navigate to the Cashier section, then select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, PayMaya/Maya, or bank transfer — enter the amount, and confirm the request.
